A strong year for investment treaty disputes

undefinedThe SCC has registered a total of 112 investment treaty disputes to date, where 75% has been administered under the SCC Arbitration Rules. Most of the investment disputes under the SCC Arbitration Rules arose from bilateral investment treaties and from the Energy Charter Treaty.
