Arnold & Porters Sixth Annual Arbitration Tea and Talk
On January 28, Mr. Dmitri Evseev, Partner with Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer and Vice Chairperson on SCC’s board, moderated the speakers, who were representatives from the ICC, LCIA and SCC. Mrs. Natalia Petrik presented SCC 2018 highlights, focused on facts related to Russia/CIS disputes.

Following the “Arbitration Tea and Talk, C5’s conference on International Disputes & Asset Recovery Involving Russian & CIS Parties, was held in London on January 29-30. The conference is a leading independent dispute resolution event covering Russia and CIS. Mrs. Natalia Petrik participated in the first panel on January 30, a session on Forum Shopping: New Choices and The Battle of Old Seats, moderated by Artem Doudko, Head of Russia & CIS Disputes, Partner with Osborne Clarke (UK). Mrs. Petrik’s presentation was focused on relationships between seats and institutions, what is more important when choices are made.
