Now available: Revised Arbitration Act in English and Russian Translation

Sweden’s revised Arbitration Act entered into force on 1 March 2019. The SCC now provides English and Russian translations of the Act.

The SCC is making translations of the revised Act available for the benefit of SCC users. The English translation is provided by Swedish academic Joel Dahlquist Cullborg. The Russian translation is provided by SCC Legal Counsel Natalia Petrik.
