Nordic Summit in Stockholm: Commercial Dispute Resolution in China
Join us when arbitration experts from China and the Nordic countries gather in Stockholm 18 June to discuss various aspects related to commercial arbitration in China.
It will be the first time the annual Summit on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China is held in the Nordics. Since 2013, the Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Center (BAC/BIAC), has successfully hosted a series of Summits in London, Paris, Zurich, Vienna, Hong Kong, and other cities. The collaboration between BAC/BIAC and the prominent arbitration institutions in the Nordic region brings together expertise not only from Sweden and China, but also from Norway, Denmark and Finland.

The Summit is a full day event, based on the report “Commercial Dispute Resolution in China: An Annual Review and Preview” (2018).
