Doing business in Iran and efficient dispute resolution
The SCC, together with the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Tehran Regional Arbitration Centre (TRAC) and International Chamber of Commerce Sweden (ICC Sweden) invites you to an international seminar about doing business in Iran. The seminar will take place on 13 September 2017 at the SCC premises in Stockholm.
The broad sanctions relief on Iran in January 2016 and the economic opening marked a new era of trade. Iran used to be an important market for Swedish companies and the interest of regaining business relations between the two countries is high. The seminar brings together experts from Iran and Sweden to discuss regulations and best practices of doing business in Iran.
The first panel will address legal framework and best practices in doing business in Iran, among others in financing transactions and trade. The second panel will discuss international arbitration in Iran and in Sweden as efficient dispute resolution for better business.
