Harvard survey: How international arbitrators make decisions

Researchers at Harvard University and the University of Arizona are conducting a study into how international arbitrators make decisions and are therefore seeking input from the arbitral community.

It will take about ten minutes to respond to the survey accessible through the following link:

Take the Survey

The responses will be entirely anonymous and will help the researchers learn more about how to improve the design of arbitration proceedings. As a thank you for participating in the study, the respondents will receive early access to the results of the survey.
