Dispute resolution in a changing legal market
SCC Deputy Secretary General Kristin Campbell Wilson has written an article which summarizes the SCC’s observations on recent changes in the legal market, the new role of the general counsel and how these factors together are affecting dispute resolution practitioners and institutions.
The article was recently published in the TDM special on Dispute Resolution from a Corporate Perspective edited by Mr Kai-Uwe Karl, Mr Abhijit Mukhopadhyay and Ms Heba Hazzaa.
The TDM special brings the corporate voice to the debate about reforming alternative dispute resolution and effective conflict management and deals with how the corporate perspective prompts innovation in dispute resolution management in a variety of ways.
