St Petersburg: Digitalization and Swedish arbitration - opportunities for business
SCC Deputy Secretary General Kristin Campbell-Wilson will be discussing cyber security and digitalization within arbitration and showcasing the new SCC Platform.
Digitalization and technical innovations are developing fast, also in the legal industry. Addressing the complexities of international arbitral proceedings through secure communications and digitalization has been in demand by legal professionals for several years. The speakers will provide insights into the trends in international dispute resolution viewed through a Swedish lens, digitalization trends in Swedish arbitration as well as an update on the SCC Platform a case management platform, providing secure communication from request to award among the participants of SCC arbitrations.

The panel "Sweden – a center for innovation in international disputes" include Kristin Campbell-Wilson (SCC), Patricia Shaughnessy (Stockholm University, former Vice-Chair of the SCC Board) and Alevtina Kamelkova (Partner, Head of FinTech & IT). This will be followed by "Meet the experts", a one-on-one discussion.
