The United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) recently presented a report on the new digital economy and emerging technology. 24-25 September. Stockholm Centre for Commercial law and Oxford Institute of European and Comperative Law – 2nd Joint Biennial Conference. The conference is set to highlight the latest developments in international commercial arbitration as well as in investor-state arbitration, with a particular focus on Europe.
The theme for the conference is "Riding New Tides: Arbitration in a Changing World".
