On 1 January 2017 a new version of the SCC Arbitration Rules will enter into force. While maintaining continuity of what could be described as the essence of an SCC arbitration, the new SCC Arbitration Rules introduce a number of noteworthy revisions and innovations aimed at efficiency and expeditiousness of arbitral proceedings.
