The 5th annual Cambridge Arbitration Day
On 3 March 2018 the SCC will participate in the 5th annual Cambridge Arbitration Day. The conference will gather scholars, practitioners and students to discuss recent developments in the field of international arbitration. Topics include:
- Publicity in International Arbitration
- Lack of Gender Diversity: A Market Failure
- Arbitration Agreement Drafting: Make Sure You Know What You Sign
SCC Vice Chairperson Patricia Shaughnessy will moderate a panel with the theme of “Selling Justice: The Supply of Arbitration”.
The aim of the conference is to give students and other attendees an opportunity to share experiences and gain insight into salient issues in international arbitration.
