Second screening in Russia: The Quiet Triumph in St Petersburg
The Quiet Triumph: How Arbitration Changed the World will be screened for the second time in Russia on 12 September 2017. This time, it is in St Petersburg.
The Quiet Triumph has gained broad attention in Russia and the first screening was successfully organized in February 2017 in Moscow. The movie features one of Russia’s most prominent experts in international arbitration, Prof. Alexander Komarov. In the movie, he emphasizes that everyone should get real opportunities and benefits from international trade, an important economic activity supported by international arbitration.
The Consulate General of Sweden in St. Petersburg is hosting the screening, which will kick off with a seminar on innovations in the 2017 SCC Arbitration Rules. Among the innovations to be discussed are security for costs and award on reimbursement of advance on costs.
