Author of the Vis Moot problem speaks at Stockholm Pre-moot conference
Prof. Dr. Stefan Kröll and Prof. Jan Ramberg are two of the prominent speakers who will discuss various issues related to the Vis Moot problem at the Stockholm pre-moot conference on 11 March.
Every year the SCC hosts a conference for the teams attending the Stockholm Pre-moot. The conference topic is related to the Vis Moot problem, and will provide for interesting perspectives and discussions. The Vis Moot problem always regards a commercial transaction, and the arbitration rules that will apply this year are the Vienna Rules (VIAC).
One of the well-reputed speakers is the international arbitration expert Prof. Dr. Stefan Kröll, who is the co-Director of the VIS and author of the VIS case. Prof. Dr. Kröll will be accompanied by among others Prof. Jan Ramberg, a recurring speaker at this conference and a CISG expert, sitting in the CISG Advisory council writing the opinions about the application of the CISG. The SCC will be represented by SCC Legal Counsel Anja Håvedal Ipp.
