Survey on improvements and innovations in international arbitration

The survey "Improvements and Innovations in International Arbitration" seeks to examine whether international arbitration has improved, whether recent innovations are addressing users’ needs and how international arbitration can be improved further.

The aim of the survey is to focus on the experience of different groups within international arbitration, whether it is private practitioners, in-house counsels, arbitrators, academics or arbitral institutions.

All stakeholders are therefore invited to share their perspectives on the field of international arbitration.

The survey is the sixth carried out by the School of International Arbitration at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) and is a major empirical investigation into arbitration practices and trends worldwide. For the 2015 survey QMUL is teaming up with White and Case LLP.

The questionnaire for the survey can be accessed here.
It is available in both online and pdf form and should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

The deadline for submitting contributions is 8 May 2015.  The report reflecting survey results is expected to be published in October 2015.
