SCC at Kluwer Arbitration London: Changing the conversation
Speakers including Gary Born, Stefan Kröll and SCC Secretary General Annette Magnusson discussed the current situation and development of international arbitration at the Kluwer Arbitration event in London 14 October. The speech by Ms. Magnusson is published below.
In the opening session, Gary Born spoke on the recent development within the field, followed by SCC Secretary General Annette Magnusson, who in her speech discussed politics, climate change and the importance of international arbitration.

Stefan Kröll then continued on the topic Party Autonomy in Arbitration, followed by the closing panel dedicated to Q&As and general discussion: Julian Lew QC, Simon Greenberg, Clarissse von Wunschheim, Jeffrey Waincymer, and Roger Alford.
