Charlotta Falkman new member of the SCC Board
Charlotta Falkman, partner at Gernandt & Danielsson law firm, has been elected new member of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Arbitration (SCC) Board of Directors from 1 January 2016.
Charlotta Falkman replaces Martin Wallin, who is leaving after two terms in SCC's Board of Directors. Charlotta is since 1997 active at Gernandt & Danielsson law firm, and a partner since 2007. She has extensive experience in dispute resolution - mostly arbitration law - as well as corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Charlotta often acts as counsel in both litigation in the Swedish courts and in international arbitration, and is regularly appointed as arbitrator.
Charlotta is also a member of the Swedish Bar Association's Disciplinary Committee, as well as in the Swedish Arbitration Association (SAA) Executive Committee, among others. She also teaches arbitration law at the law faculty at the Stockholm University.

On the same occasion, James Ragnwaldh was appointed as the Board’s new vice president, and Nina Macpherson, James Hope and Patricia Shaughnessy were re-elected as Board Members. Previously, Kaj Hober has been appointed new Chairperson from 1 January 2016.
SCC's Board of Directors currently constitutes of 16 members from eight different countries. Read more
