Apply to one of the highest ranked master programs in international arbitration
The internationally recognized Master of International Commercial Arbitration Law (ICAL) at Stockholm University will during the spring accept applications for the 2015/16 academic year.
The ICAL master program has established a global reputation and topped international rankings for specialized LLM programs. During the past decade more than 300 graduates from about 70 countries have enriched their careers and expanded their networks through participating in the program.
Stockholm has long been one of the most favored places in the world for international arbitration and it’s therefore a natural place to engage in an intellectually vigorous study of both the theory and practice of international commercial arbitration.
The highly developed arbitration community in Stockholm provides unique opportunities for students to learn from experienced practitioners, respected arbitrators, and visiting professors. The SCC supports the program with internships and lectures, and works closely with members of the Program Faculty to liaise students and practitioners.
The head of the ICAL program and Vice-Chair of the SCC, Dr. Patricia Shaughnessy will be back teaching at the master program. Dr. Shaughnessy has for the past year been a Scholar-in-Residence with the International Arbitration Group at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP and has also been a visiting professor at Queen Mary University of London’s School of International Arbitration.
Applications to the ICAL program may be submitted from March 2 to April 15, 2015.
